WHAT
Do something with your child on the theme of health and fitness. Maybe play a game, go for a run, make a salad, walk the dog. Here are some more ideas of what you could do. Sport is such a great way to build our Taha Tinana (physical well-being), our Taha Hinengaro (mental well being) and to develop bonds between important friends and relatives (Taha Whanau)
