Warm up: Joint rotations and mobility
Stances: Parallel, Attention, Bow
Tools: Making a fist
Hand Techniques: Parallel stance punch with correct tool, body drop [sinewave] and breath control
Foot Techniques: Front snap kick, front rising kick in walking ready stance
Work out: Push ups, sit ups, star jumps, dying fishies
