WHAT: We are learning how to practise and refine skills to improve a performance
HOW: We will find out about Jump Rope - how it was and what it looks like now. We will explore rhythm, timing and a variety of Jump Rope moves. Then we will use what we have learnt to plan and create a routine for others to follow.
