Science @ Home - Star Projector

What? Use the super power of Astronomy to explore constellations and make your very own star projector!

How? Look through the slides to find out how to complete the experiment.

Reflect: Some stars look bigger than others in the sky. Sometimes, this is because the stars are closer to us. What happens to the size of your constellation when you move the projector closer or further from the wall?

Look outside on a clear night—can you see any constellations, stars or planets? Draw the shapes of any constellations you see, and project them using your star projector.

Share: Share a photo of your star projector on the Science padlet. Remember to write your name and hub on your post.
